S.Wine’s mainstay is swine, which is highlighted in every dish on the menu, offering a wide range of Asian meets Western cuisine, using only fresh ingredients made from scratch.

The key behind S.wine’s remarkable dishes is all in the ingredients. We use only premium cuts of pork imported from Italy, Belgium and Spain to make these piggy creations.

Inspired by the Nose to Tail Eating movement by Fergus Henderson, we’ve created a restaurant that collaborates the whole swine beast with our core food philosophy.
