Bakar Chinese New Year 2018 Menu

Bakar unveils its specially curated Dining Series with a Chinese New Year menu the whole month of February. This neo-Chinese menu veers from the traditional, but is delicious, nonetheless. The signature Yee Sang has 13 ingredients including Alaskan king crab, cured salmon, raw hamachi, quinoa and a yuzu chilling dressing. Dishes are meant for sharing. Another dish to note is the Golden Duck: confit in orange and then roasted in five spices, it is served with grilled spring onions, fried mantou and housemade garlic-hoisin sauce.
